Shipping & Returns
We try to process your order as fast as possible. It will usually be dispatched within 2-8 working days of payment if the items are in stock when we receive the order. It is rare that a product is out of stock, but if so we’ll inform you immediately by e-mail if there is likely to be a delay.
Since we cannot influence the shipping time we cannot guarantee delivery within certain time frames. Though in case you need to receive our products within a certain time, you can always inform about possibilities to speed up delivery.
In cases such as wholesale orders, delivery time may take longer than usual, according to the scale of your order. We will advise on a delivery date in this case. Please bear in mind where items are handmade, originals or from small editions, we may sell out of certain items at particularly busy periods. In this case we will try to advise you of a delivery date or other options.
United States: Our delivery charges generally range from us$4-8 per order, depending on whether you are purchasing, and this cost includes packaging and postage. Your order will be sent by USPS.
International: We are happy to send our pieces around the world. Orders will be sent via USPS (United States Postal Service). Our packaging and shipping charges may vary according to destination, and will be provided with a tracking number. In case you need special service such as Express Mail or a private company such as FedEx or DHL, please contact us and we will arrange it, according to our possibilities.
Please note that shipment to some countries may be subject to import duties and tax. These charges are beyond our control, and any extra cost needs to be covered by the customer. Pamela Coromoto has no control over these charges and bears no responsibility.
If your item does not arrive within 14 days, please contact us in case your delivery has been delayed. Items returned to us by the postal service or couriers marked as not called for or unclaimed by the receiver will require additional postage costs to be paid before we can resend.
We cannot be held responsible if a parcel has gone missing due to the postal address being filled in incorrectly or missing important information. Risk of loss passes to you once the item has been passed to USPS.
We do our very best to ensure that items are delivered in perfect condition. You can return purchased items within 7 days of receipt for any reason if the item is unworn and not damaged (except for earrings). You will have to pay the shipping costs for returning.
Please be aware that some monitors may display colors incorrectly and the artwork may vary from the colours you see on screen.
Earrings: Due to Health and Safety Regulations we are not able to accept returns of earrings except in the case that they are damaged, defective or have been sent to you in error.
All Other Items: If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us, in its original condition, within 7 days for a full refund, replacement or exchange. You will have to pay the shipping costs for returning.
Defective Items: If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or has been sent to you in error, we would appreciate it if you would inform us as soon as possible so that we can begin to sort out the problem immediately. To report a problem, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
Refund of Shipping Charges: If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective or damaged on receipt, we will be happy to refund the shipping charges. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges.
To Return an Item: Please contact us before returning an item and provide us with a reason. Goods should be protected in a box or padded envelop.
